• Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Return Process

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Condition Upon Return: Items must be returned in their original condition. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a refusal of your return or a deduction from your refund.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed as new orders and are subject to availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@medjugorjejewelry.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

•   Personalized or custom-made items.
•   Gift cards.
•   Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use, jewelry that has been used for years now, visible signs of breaking.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds
